Guilt of a crime is a reason for police action, but the police action must only be against the one who is guilty of a crime. It is a tactic of tyranny to plant agent provocateurs among peaceful law abiding citizens to justify violating civil rights. Police action against a group, because of the actions of an individual is like arresting someone for being black.
 
All law enforcement personnel swear an oath to support and defend The United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. In order to uphold that oath it is necessary to ACTUALLY READ The United States Constitution. This study should begin with the first ten amendments; which is also known as the "Bill of Rights". The United States Constitution is the highest law of our land.

Freedom of speech, and the right of the people peaceably to assemble are found in the First Amendment:  
 
Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
 
The initiation of violent force against peaceful law abiding citizens is a violation of the highest law of our land. It is not possible to enforce the law while violating the highest law of our land.
 
In addition to the legal and moral considerations, there is a practical consideration.
Law enforcement makes their job more difficult by creating adversaries from among peaceful law abiding citizens. Court cases, adverse publicity, and resistance to the unlawful actions should not be created.

 The “Rotten Apple” theory states that deviant police officers are those who psychological testing fails to screen out. This concept is favored by police administrators because it offers a quick and easy solution to police deviant behavior. What we are now seeing appears to indicate that psychological testing is being used to locate and hire sociopathic deviants rather than to screen them out. The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.

First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?

His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.
They claimed that a DOG gave them "probable cause", and then they claimed that "probable cause" gave them the right to search. "Probable cause" is not the right to search. "Probable cause" is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrant:

The only real effect of these "check points" is to condition the American people to accepting the standard practices of tyranny, and to destroy the Bill of Rights.
