Congress is the Key

Most of  us believe that the First Amendment could never be abolished by the usurpation of an agency of unelected bureaucrats. The IRS is now presenting itself as the regulator of speech.  Attempts to silence organizations that defend liberty are now well known. Through harassment, the FEDS have attempted to stifle TEA party groups, home schoolers, pro-lifers, defenders of the Second Amendment, Christians, libertarians, tax protesters, and a myriad of others.
The IRS has now issued a “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking”
REG-134417-13 would restrict good citizens by defining all voter registration, non-partisan voter guides, legislative records, candidate debates or forums, get-out-the-vote reminders, and even the mention of any issue that has been raised by a candidate, as regulated political activity.
In addition, the proposed regulation will stifle the ability of non-profit groups to inform citizens about the Administration’s judicial and political appointment by defining those nominees as political candidates. This provision of the proposal has nothing to do with accountability for election spending. It will however reduce the Administration’s accountability to the public. Citizens have the right to hear more than the Administration’s line regarding what philosophies, policies, agendas political appointees represent.
In an attempt to create the appearance of legality the IRS now invites the public to “comment” on their “Proposed Rulemaking” AS IF they would care.

But begging the IRS with comments is not the most effective way of stopping this harassment effort.
The IRS operates at the pleasure of Congress. We don’t vote IRS officials into office.  Congress funds the IRS.  Congress is responsible for the actions of the IRS.
Article. I. Section. 1. Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 of the Constitution for the United States of America:
“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Now let us go back and refresh our understanding of algebra.

If All legislative powers are vested in Congress how much legislative power does the IRS have?

The Constitution of the United States of America~ By Our Founding Fathers with Introduction by Congressman Ron Paul

Laws being made by unelected bureaucrats, who pretend to be “representatives of the people” is the common model of every type of tyranny.

If you want to “comment” to the IRS,

just send them a COPY of what you sent to CONGRESS.

We must let our U.S. Representatives and Senators know that we INSIST THEY PUT A STOP TO THIS NOW!

Meet your ‘Cousin Beau!’
He is your cousin because he is the illegitimate son of your Uncle Sam.  He is the product of his seduction by the forces of totalitarianism.
He has been called by many names in many nations. You may know his older brothers.  In more advanced stages of development, they are called apparatchiks, cadres, storm troopers, and commissars.  Here in America, where they are still solidifying their power, they are called compliance officers, inspectors, special agents, administrators, and regulators
His full name is Beau U. Krat. The ‘U’ stands for unconstitutional. He is the unelected bureaucrat, who makes up ‘administrative laws.’  He conducts searches without warrants or makes up his own ‘administrative warrants’ without probable cause.  He issues ‘administrative orders’ and assess penalties against those whom he has found ‘guilty’ of violating his ‘laws.’
If you wish to ‘appeal’ his ‘orders’ you must appeal to him.
He is your judge, jury and prosecutor. He wields legislative, executive and judicial branch authority. He uses methods, against honest citizens, which are forbidden even to legitimate policemen in their pursuit of dangerous criminals.
Remember his famous slogans:
“I’m just doing my job,”
“I’m only here to help you,”
“I was just obeying orders.”
“He has erected a Multitude of New Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their Substance”
American Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776
(This was one of the “Abuses and Usurpations”  listed by our founding fathers as evidence of “a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism.”)
“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”
James Madison, Federalist Paper #47
“If in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the constitution designates.  But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil, any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield.”
George Washington’s Farewell Address
“Experience should teach us to be most on guard to protect liberty when the government’s purposes are beneficent. Men born to freedom are naturally alert to repel invasion of their liberty by evil-minded rulers.  The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but without understanding.”
Justice Louis Brandies
“Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master!”
George Washington
“In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”
Thomas Jefferson

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to fulfill it.”
George Santayana

Freedom of speech – use it or lose it.

When they took away the 4th Amendment,
we were quiet,
because we didn’t deal drugs.
When they took away the 6th Amendment,
we were quiet,
because we were innocent. They are taking away the 2nd Amendment,
you might be quiet,
because you don’t own guns. Now they have taking away the 1st Amendment,
and very soon,
if we continue to be quiet,
we will have no choice,
but to be continue to be quiet.

The simplest (and yet the most complete) explanation of the proper function of government that has ever been written.

Thomas Jefferson said:
“The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.”
We add this:
“The battle for liberty is never won, and is never lost.
The battle for liberty always continues.
It is never too late, and it is never soon enough, to defend freedom.
No matter how enslaved we are, we always have hope.
No matter how free we are we are never safe.
Any generation that fails to defend freedom will lose it.
The next generation will have to shed blood to gain it back.
When the defense of liberty becomes a crime, tyranny is already in force. At that point failure to defend liberty makes slavery at certainty.” John Perna

The National Security Agency is the only part of the government that actually LISTENS to you. Do you wish that the government would read the Constitution? Just email it privately to your friends. What we formerly called “freedom of speech” we now call the “right to remain silent.” BUT they will now claim that you DO NOT HAVE the right to remain silent… if THEY are asking the questions.
The Patriot Act is constitutionally illegal, but was signed into law takes away your rights and turns them into privileges, which the government can grant or take away at will. If you remember we were told that this would just be temporary. Now it has been made permanent. But no one protested did they?
