The Guinness book of world records shows the largest mass killings in the history of mankind to have happened in China, under Mao, with a total of 66 million people.

The elite criminals of today should watch the news reels of what happened to the elite criminals of other times. The NUREMBERG trials are just one example. The tyrant can be a peacock in one year, and then be a feather duster in the next year.
These elite thugs are just a small sampling of the criminals who have met with the ultimate justice. Their names are not even as well known as other names like Benito Mussolini, Nicolae Ceausescu, Saddam Hussein, or Muammar Gaddafi.
These elite thugs were the lucky ones. They got a trial and a humane death. Often these thugs are captured by enraged mobs and die horribly.

Of course the elite tyrants also need stormtroopers and lawyers while they are accumulating power. The tyrants usually kill them later. But whoever the tyrant allows to survive, will still meet justice soon after the tyrant falls.

was the common excuse at Nuremberg.

On 3-20-13 John Perna spoke at SC State House, at a hearing on the Constitutional Carry Act of 2013. Constitutional Carry means that, within a given jurisdiction, carrying of concealed firearms is not restricted by law. When a state or other jurisdiction has adopted Constitutional Carry, it is legal for law-abiding citizens to carry a handgun, firearm, or other weapon concealed with or without an applicable permit or license. The scope and applicability of such laws or proposed legislation can vary from state to state.
Legislation was introduced in South Carolina in early 2012 to allow constitutional carry. Currently South Carolina issues concealed carry weapons on a shall-issue basis and open carry is illegal.
SC State Senator Lee Bright
SC State Senator Lee Bright of Spartenburg, SC is a great patriot.
State Sen. Lee Bright (R-Spartanburg) has filed S. 115: The South Carolina Constitutional Carry Act of 2013, a bill that would make South Carolina the fifth state in the country to reassert the legal Constitutional or permit-less right to carry. At this time Alaska, Arizona, Vermont and Wyoming already allow residents to carry a firearm without a permit.
Sen. Bright says “The Second Amendment says that our rights to have firearms cannot be infringed upon and that’s what the federal government is doing right now. If you want to change the Constitution, change the Constitution but the Constitution clearly says that those rights shall not be infringed, and once you have to have a permit to assert a right then you can start requiring people to have permits to speak and a lot of other things.”

“The burners are deployed, and we have a fire,” says another officer moments later, before the police dispatcher repeats the statement.
Within minutes of the fire starting, police note that the cabin is “starting to collapse.”

The job of the police is to bring the defendant to a judge and a jury. The job of the police is NOT to pass judgement and carry out the sentence. Why is this not MURDER?  Were there other people in the house also burned alive with Dorner, but accused of no crime? Why was the media kept from showing us what was happening?  Now we will never know what really happened with Dorner, because the evidence is incinerated. This is NOT glorifying Dorner. This is just learning about the methods of the Police State that are revealed.

The worst alleged criminal in the country is entitled to a trial by jury. During that trial to whole truth will be discovered. If police can find you guilty on their own, and then kill you, we would have no courts, as is the case in only the worst dictatorships.
The police killed several people, who were accused of NOTHING, just to avoid taking Dorner alive. Do we care about those people? Do we care about learning the TRUTH about what he did? Will we ever know if there were corrupt police, who had a motive to kill him so that he would never expose them? Could  Dorner have escaped from that surrounded cabin if the police had simply cut off water and electricity and waited?

A grim Federal Security Forces (FSB) “urgent action” memorandum prepared for President Putin is warning that United States President Barack Obama has ordered at least 800 highly trained “death squad” units to disperse throughout his country in preparation for what Russian intelligence analysts are predicting to be a series of high-profile killings of dissident Americans set to begin as soon as February 22nd.
According to this memo, Obama was emboldened to implement this murderous plan against his own citizens after this past weeks US Federal Court ruling granted his regime the right to kill, without trial or charges, any American he so chooses, and keep the reason(s) for doing so secret.
Important to note about this shredding of the US Constitutional protections the American people once lived under was the disgusted wording used by United States District Court Judge Colleen McMahon who in handing down this frightening ruling, in part, said:
“The Alice-in-Wonderland nature of this pronouncement is not lost on me; but after careful consideration, I find myself stuck in a paradoxical situation in which I cannot solve a problem because of contradictory constraints and rules — a veritable Catch-22. I can find no way around the thicket of laws and precedents that effectively allow the Executive Branch of our Government to proclaim as perfectly lawful certain actions that seem on their face incompatible with our Constitution and laws, while keeping the reason for their conclusion a secret.”
Equally important to note about the Obama regimes murderous plan, this memo continues, was a likewise chilling ruling issued last month by United States Appeals Court Judge Raymond Lohier that allows the American President to detain indefinitely any citizen he so chooses without trial or charges, a move so grave and draconian it led to the Academy Award-winning director Oliver Stone saying about Obama:
“I think under the disguise of sheep’s clothing he has been a wolf. That because of the nightmare of the Bush presidency that preceded him, people forgave him a lot. He was a great hope for change. The color of his skin, the upbringing, the internationalism, the globalism, seemed all evident. And he is an intelligent man. He has taken all the Bush changes he basically put them into the establishment, he has codified them.
That is what is sad. So we are going into the second administration that is living outside the law and does not respect the law and foundations of our system and he is a constitutional lawyer, you know. Without the law, it is the law of the jungle. Nuremburg existed for a reason and there was a reason to have trials, there is a reason for due process – ‘habeas corpus’ as they call it in the United States.”
The excuse to be used by the Obama regime in order to begin their targeted killings of American dissidents, FSB analysts say, is that these otherwise lawful citizens were not complying with the new gun control laws Vice President Joseph Biden “guaranteed” Boston Mayor Thomas Menino would be enacted by the end of January.
Critical to note is that Obama permanently solidified the enmity of the American gun-rights supporters when, during the 2008 Presidential primary, he was recorded at a political fundraiser saying of rural, working-class Americans: “So it’s not surprising, then, that they get bitter and they cling to guns or religion, or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or, you know, anti-trade sentiment [as] a way to explain their frustrations.”

Most interesting to note in this memo is its saying that the “master plan” Obama intends to use in disarming his citizens has already been openly discussed and published by the highly influential progressive American political blog Daily Kos, that is said does not repeat Democratic “talking points,” it generates political talking points that later are found in mainstream publications and from Democratic politicians themselves, and is now opening advocating indiscriminate armed raids to be used as an “example” to frighten other citizens into obeying their Washington D.C. masters who will order them all to disarm.
The “death squads” being deployed throughout the United States under Obama’s orders, this memo continues, are frighteningly called VIPER teams, which is the acronym for Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response Team, a programme run by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and whose agents terrify millions of Americans with Nazi-like Gestapo tactics on a daily basis at airports and who report to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). So frightening have these  “The TSA’s Mission Creep is Making the US a Police State”, warned that these Obama regime henchmen are spreading out across the entire United States in order to control every aspect of American citizens life: “never in response to actual threats, but apparently more in an attempt to live up to the inspirational motto displayed at the TSA’s air marshal training center since the agency’s inception: “Dominate. Intimidate. Control.”
And to how these TSA VIPER Team “death squads” will “dominate, intimidate and control” dissident Americans, this memo says, was made even more chillingly clear this past week when the DHS ordered another 200,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition on top of the 1.6 billion rounds of this internationally banned ammunition already secured by them over the last 9 months alone. These nearly 2 billion rounds of ammunition stand in sharp contrast to US military forces who use only 70 million rounds of ammunition per year in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Russian military analysts contributing to this memo further note that the Obama regimes saying that these massive DHS ammunition purchases are for “practice and training purposes” is “preposterous” as all firearms training done by military and/or police forces “always” use less expensive rounds. Retired US Army Major General Jerry Curry, likewise, agreed with his Russian counterparts when he stated that the Obama regimes “explanation about the bullets fails to pass the smell test”.
Most ominous, perhaps, in this memo is its stating that the “exact” plan for the Obama regimes disarming of its citizens appears to have been predicted by the famous martyred American dissident William Cooper (1943-2001), who in his 1991 book “Behold A Pale Horse” wrote:
“The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of firearms for the criminals to use. This is intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the anti-gun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd Amendment.”
Cooper, who former President Bill Clinton once called “the most dangerous man in America”, was gunned down by US authorities shortly after the 11 September 2001 attacks which, in a radio broadcast on 28 June 2001, he predicted an attack on America and stated that Osama Bin Laden would be named as the primary scapegoat.
With the tragic events of the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre still fresh in the American peoples mind, combined with Obama’s new unlimited power to kill and detain any American citizen he so desires, this memo concludes, the conditions for “wholesale rebellion” in the United States is just “one spark” away from becoming a reality, and which these heavily armed TSA VIPER Team “death squads” are sure to provide.

As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in _______________County you were required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Having taken that oath I would like to know if you will honor your oath by refusing to enforce Federal rules, regulations and directives that violate the Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights.

The Second Amendment clearly proclaims that the people have a right to own guns and the government is prohibited from infringing on the right of the people to own guns if they choose to do so. Your primary job is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the rights of the people that live in our County.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal government has no lawful jurisdiction in the counties and that when a Sheriff chooses to enforce an unconstitutional directive, he is violating his Constitutional Oath.

The people of _______ County are The People and you are their Chief Law Enforcement Representative. We The People of ______ County expect you to represent us and not the Federal government.

I would like to know if you are given an order by the president of The USA that violates the Constitution, will you honor your oath or will you do as directed by that so called “president”.

The former Texas House Representative, Dr. Suzanna Gratia Hupp testified before Congress on why good Americans should NOT obey bad gun laws. At one time Dr. Suzanna Hupp would have had a gun in her purse, but she had left it in the car, in order to comply with a law. Both of her parents were shot by a mad man. Her father died before her eyes. Her mother died because she would not leave her father even though she had a chance to escape. Ever since that day, she has been teaching about a right-to-carry law that would have probably saved her parents’ lives. Here is her testimony:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Inalienable rights are rights that cannot be taken away by ANY law. The first of these inalienable Rights is the right to life. There can be no right to life without the right, and the capability, of self defense.

The fact that the right of self-defense is God given natural right was articulated by the eminent jurist and American patriot St. George Tucker who said:

“The right of self-defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.”
(in Blackstone’s Commentaries, St. George Tucker, 1803, p. 300)

The knee-jerk reaction to every instance of violence or mayhem is a cry for more gun control. This is an issue that is rarely split along party lines; underneath it all, it is and always has been THE FREEDOM LOVERS vs THE POWER SEEKERS. No one has a duty to enforce injustice, regardless of any unjust laws, and regardless of the instructions of judges, bureaucrats, or even the President. All public servants have sworn an oath to support & defend the constitution. You can swear the same oath without regard to your status in or out of government. If you are called for jury duty, or if you asked instructed by any government agency to perform and function, you can swear an oath to support & defend the constitution before you respond. Every day our courts require people to swear an oath. They will put you into jail if you violate that oath. Can the judge order you to violate any oath? Tell the judge that you have sworn the same oath that he has sworn, and that you will honor your oath, even if he violates his.
A sheriff has more authority that the President, when he is inside of his jurisdiction.
States created the federal government and gave the federal government very specific and limited powers. If the federal government exceeds the limits that were place on them, it is the duty of the juror, the sheriff, the legislator, or of any citizen, to resist that usurpation.
If the jury must rule according to the judge’s instructions, then why are they even there? Is the jury is there to rubber stamp, and to dignify the ruling of the judge? If that is our system then there IS NO SUCH THING as a trial by jury. In a free country the power is in the people. The judge is a government employee. Oliver W. Holmes once said “This is a court of law, young man, not a court of justice”.  Are we no longer concerned about  justice? Jury Nullification is a way to allow the natural law to prevail over government legalization of tyranny. Legal means condoned by goverment. Illegal means not condoned by goverment.

The Boston Tea Party was illegal.
Everything that Hitler did was legal.
The Declaration of Independence was illegal.
In the final analysis no tyranny will ever condone the efffective defense of freedom.
Our Bill of Rights is replete with phrases such as “Congress shall make no law” and “shall not be infringed”. Government does not give us our rights. Our rights are inalienable, and are endowed by our Creator. The assertion that rights are provided by law is saying that we have no rights except what the government grants to us.
THERE ARE FOUR BOXES OF FREEDOM TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS:
1. THE BALLOT BOX
2. THE JURY BOX
3. THE SOAP BOX
4. THE AMMO BOX
It seems as though there are none of the above that are not under attack. What does that mean? You only have the rights that you are willing to defend.

Letter from the Utah Sheriff’s Association

Dear President Obama:

We, the elected sheriffs of Utah, like so many of our fellow Americans, are literally heartbroken for the loved ones of the murdered victims in Connecticut. As Utahans, we are not strangers to this kind of carnage—one of the latest being the 2007 Trolley Square murders wherein nine innocents were gunned down—five losing their lives. We also recognize the scores of other recent domestic massacres, which have decimated countless honorable lives. As Americans, we value the sanctity of life. Furthermore, similar to our inspired Founders, we acknowledge our subservience to a higher power. With the number of mass shootings America has endured, it is easy to demonize firearms; it is also foolish and prejudiced.

Firearms are nothing more than instruments, valuable and potentially dangerous, but instruments nonetheless. Malevolent souls, like the criminals who commit mass murders, will always exploit valuable instruments in the pursuit of evil. As professional peace officers, if we understand nothing else, we understand this: lawful violence must sometimes be employed to deter and stop criminal violence. Consequently, the citizenry must continue its ability to keep and bear arms, including arms that adequately protect them from all types of illegality. As your administration and Congress continue to grapple with the complex issue of firearm regulations, we pray that the Almighty will guide the People’s Representatives collectively.

For that reason, it is imperative this discussion be had in Congress, not silenced unilaterally by executive orders. As you deliberate, please remember the Founders of this great nation created the Constitution, and its accompanying Bill of Rights, in an effort to protect citizens from all forms of tyrannical subjugation. We respect the Office of the President of the United States of America. But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights—in particular Amendment II—has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.

This Press Conference on Nullification of Obamacare in South Carolina was held in the Rotunda of the State Capital building on January 8th, 2013. Just before this there was a rally outside of the State House. The opening speaker is Representative Bill Chumley, who is the author of the bill in the S.C. House H 3101. The second speaker is Representative Bill Taylor, who is a co-sponsor of H 3101. The third speaker is Dr. Tom Kendall, the President elect of the American Physicians and Surgeons.  The forth speaker is Senator Tom Davis who is a co-sponsor of the bill in the S.C. Senate S 0102. The fifth speaker is Senator Lee Bright who is the sponsor of the bill in the S.C. Senate S 0102. The sixth speaker is Senator Larry Grooms who is a co-sponsor in the senate. The final speaker was Jesse Graston who was the driving force who brought all of these legislators together.

Amendment X – Powers of the States and People

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The States created the federal government, and authorized the federal government  to perform a few well defined, and very limited functions. The federal government is prohibited from doing ANYTHING ELSE.

After H 3101, and/or S 0102, passes it will be a felony to violate our right to choose our own health care. We will give feds their badges back after they serve their time. We do not need any federal aid. It is our money anyway. The Feds can keep their money, and we will keep ours. They can rent the IRS buildings to all of the private businesses that will be moving into South Carolina from states where the leaders did NOT honor their OATH OF OFFICE: to support and defend the Constitution.

The Feds can govern Washington DC, and we will govern South Carolina.

The Supreme Court is a part of the federal government. To assume that The Supreme Court will protect you from usurpations of the federal government is to accept the fox as the guardian of the hen house.

No one has a duty to enforce injustice, regardless of any unjust laws, and regardless of the instructions of judges, bureaucrats, or even the President. All public servants have sworn an oath to support & defend the constitution. You can swear the same oath without regard to your status in or out of government. States created the federal government and gave the federal government very specific and limited powers. By publishing the names and addresses of those who are intelligent enough to protect themselves Janet Hasson has: by process of elimination, also provided criminals with a handy check list of helpless victims. Anyone who is not found on the list of gun owners is a helpless victim. Of course Janet Hasson has put her OWN name in the most prominent place on that list of helpless victims.

More interestingly, by publishing this list, Hasson has provided a complete dossier on home addresses of all policemen, including undercover agents. This even includes prison guards,  FBI, Treasury agents, and untold other individuals who have diligently concealed their home addresses during their entire careers. Prison guards were not amused when prisoners started chiding them about their home addresses. These people now have an enhanced understanding of the importance of being armed.
Organized crime has probably had to hire clerical help just to process this new bonanza of intel.
Of course this problem would not exist except that government has asserted the requirement that people get permission to exercise a constitutional right.

Now we are all supposed to decide that banning guns would prevent this type of crime. But wait! Guns are ALREADY banned in schools. That is WHY the shootings happen in schools. A school is a HELPLESS VICTIM ZONE.

Our Declaration of Independence begins with this statement about our inalienable Rights:

The knee-jerk reaction to every instance of violence or mayhem is a cry for more gun control. This is an issue that is rarely split along party lines; underneath it all, it is and always has been THE FREEDOM LOVERS vs THE POWER SEEKERS.
