Barack Obama claims that he has given the United Nations jurisdiction over the State of Arizona and the 22 other states which are attempting to enforce the immigration laws that the federal government refuses to enforce. This outrageous act is a major tipping point in the assault on our freedom.
For the first time ever, on August 20, the President of United States submitted a 29 page “Universal Periodic Review” (UPR) to the UN Human Rights Council outlining a long list of alleged human rights abuses that the United States is accused of committing.
This scathing denunciation of America could only have been prepared by an enemy. For that enemy to be The President ought to be a wake up call for every American citizen. Such a disgraceful display of disloyalty from a President exposes our nation to international ridicule and criticism.
Here is how Obama pledges allegiance:
The UPR is not only utter foolishness, but it is also an act of levying war against the our sovereignty. Barack Obama has attempted to initiate an attack on America from the foreign powers already inside of our nation at the United Nations. Included in the list of alleged abuses is a direct condemnation of S.B. 1070, the legislation enacted by the State of Arizona. S.B. 1070 seeks to do the job that the federal government has refused to do in securing the border. S.B. 1070 is supported by two-thirds of the American people.
According to the UPR: “A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world. The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined.”

The submission of this UPR is the first step in a United Nations review process which will culminate with the issuance of a plan of action, approximately 90 days from now. This plan will be formed by unelected UN foreign bureaucrats from China, Cuba, Libya, France, Japan, and Cameroon. The idea that China, Cuba and Libya can teach us about human rights is ludicrous.
The United States will be expected to “voluntarily” comply with the UN panel’s recommendations, BUT as the UN Human Rights Council states on its website: “The Human Rights Council will decide on the measures it would need to take in case of persistent non-cooperation by a State”
We suggest that The United Nations “voluntarily” stay out of our business, AND LEAVE OUR NATION.

Barack Obama is obviously afraid that his frivolous federal suit against the people of Arizona will fail. Obama has now made his amnesty power grab over the American people into an international globalist power attack on the United States. He is attempting to place the people of Arizona, and the 22 other states that are considering similar border security legislation, under the jurisdiction of foreign America hating United Nations bureaucrats.

An overwhelming majority of Americans have demanded for years that the United States secure its border and stop the flood of illegal aliens poring into the United States. Obama has REFUSED to take the needed steps to enforce our immigration laws.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer acknowledged this horrible truth when she signed S.B. 1070 into law, “We cannot sacrifice our safety to the murderous greed of cartels. We cannot stand idly by as drop houses, kidnappings and violence compromise our quality of life. We cannot delay while the destruction happening south of our international border creeps its way north.”
Senator Jim DeMint recently echoed those sentiments: “States along the border are facing kidnappings, human trafficking and gang violence and they have a duty to keep their residents safe.”
The former United States Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, spoke of this “cancerous spread of violence.”
And we’re not just talking about a trivial rise in crime. Our situation is rapidly becoming more desperate with each passing day.
Bolton estimated that over the past four years that there have been 23,000 – 28,000 violent cartel related deaths in Mexico, and said that “it’s not an exaggeration to say that the stability of the government of Mexico is in doubt.”
Bolton gave a serious warning about the pandemic of lawlessness from Mexico that is being imported into the United States: “The gang warfare that you see in Mexico could easily be replicated in the United States.”
Bolton added “People who talk about controlling the border are not just talking about illegal immigration. They are worried about the importation of this kind of violence into our cities.”
Even the former champion of amnesty, Senator John McCain, is acknowledging that Arizona is under siege. Phoenix, Arizona is now one of the kidnapping capitals of the world, second only to Mexico City. The Arizona government has placed travel advisories on large tracts of land as far as 80 miles north or our border. In some cases areas have been closed.
Michael Webster with RenewAmerica.com wrote: “A high ranking Mexican Army commander who insists on remaining anonymous has told the U.S. Border Fire Report that Mexican coyotes are now being trained by Los Zetas, and are operating in the deserts of Arizona.”
Another story in Human Events reads: “The United States is ceding parts of Arizona. A wide corridor of Arizona from the border North to the outskirts of Phoenix is effectively controlled by the cartels.”
This is the reason that Arizona passed S.B. 1070, and this is why as many as 22 other states are presently considering similar legislation.
Barack Obama is a clear agent of this invasion.To call his behavior mere negligence would be complimentary. Obama has made himself an enemy to the people of the United States. This attempt to involve the United Nations to enforce his totalitarian agenda on the American people is a declaration of war on the freedom loving people of the United States, and on the Constitution that he swore to support and defend. The United Nations has a well established history of anti-Americanism. Most of the so called “human rights experts”, from the United Nations, are appointed by tyrants. None are elected by free people. Do you remember ever voting on anyone to represent YOU at the United Nations? The participants of these conferences featured such luminaries as Stephen Rickard and Wendy Patten, from George Soros’ Open Society Institute; Devon Chaffee, Human Rights First; Andrea Prasow, Human Rights Watch; Imad Hamad (a suspected member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a Marxist-Leninist terrorist organization), American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee; Dawud Walid, Council American Islamic Relations; Nabih Ayad, Michigan Civil Rights Commission; Ron Scott, Detroit Coalition Against Police Brutality; Osama Siblani, Arab American News; Shannon Minter, National Center for Lesbian Rights and Cynthia Soohoo, Center for Reproductive Rights, among others.”
Hagmann adds: “SB 1070 has… now been moved to an international venue and potential international oversight by the United Nations. Tell your representatives, in no uncertain terms, that Barack Obama has gone too far and that his latest attempt to sic the United Nations on the State of Arizona, the 22 others states that are considering similar legislation, and the people of the United States is an affront to our national sovereignty that cannot be tolerated.
