To understand Obamacare we must first look at the History Lesson on Government Running Businesses:
The U.S. Postal Service is broke, & even though heavily subsidized, it can’t compete with private sector: FedEx and UPS services. The U.S. Postal Service lost over $7 BILLION in one year and requires continuous bailouts.
Social Security is broke. There is nothing in the Social Security Trust Fund except IOUs from the government.  It was passed into law as a trust fund, but it is now a ponzi scheme, paying one person with another person’s contributions, having already squandered the money that was supposed to be held “in trust”. A private lawyer. or a banker, who did this would go to jail.
Fannie Mae is broke. Freddie Mac is broke.
Medicare and Medicaid are both broke.
AMTRAK has been continuously bailed out and it continues to run at a loss!
A trillion dollars was committed in the massive political payoff called the Stimulus Bill.
It did not stimulate anything except the increase the size of government, and raised government salaries, while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create any new private sector jobs. Our national debt is increasing so fast that tabulations are out of date before they are published: It is approaching $17 trillion at this moment.
So with a perfect 100% failure rate, and a record that proves that each and every “service” shoved down our throats by an over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run, or even set policies for, America’s health care system, which is 7% of our economy?
“Cash for Clunkers” was established in 2009, and it went broke in 2009. 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies, and dealers.
Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch for tax evasion. The Mustang Ranch was legal brothel in Nevada. As required by law, the Government tried to run it. They failed and it closed. Now, we are trusting the economy of our country, our banking system, our auto industry and our health plans to the same nit-wits who could not break even running a brothel and selling whiskey? What are we thinking??
Now let us get this straight. We are being given a health care plan that is called “affordable”, but we are forced to pay for it, and fined if we do not.
We are told that 10 million more people will be covered, without adding a single new doctor, but by adding 16 thousand new IRS agents.
It was written by a committee, whose chairman says that he does not understand it.
It was passed by a congress that did not read it, but exempted themselves from it.
It was signed by a President who smokes.
Its funding was to be administered by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes.
We were taxed for it for 4 years before it took effect. These taxes went to the same government which had already bankrupted social security, medicare, the Post Office, Amtrak, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.
It is to be overseen by a Surgeon General who is obese, and financed by a country that is broke.
SO WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG WITH A PLAN LIKE THAT?
We punish the 85% who earned health care, for the benefit of the 15% who did not. Actual statistical facts prove that people are more likely to die of every type of cancer, in countries that have government provided health care, such as Canada and Great Britain.

This creates an incentive for employers to drive people off of private insurance. Congressman Rogers surprised everyone when he revealed that one of the real life examples that he gave was HIMSELF.

No one has a duty to enforce injustice, regardless of any unjust laws, and regardless of the instructions of judges, bureaucrats, or even the President. All public servants have sworn an oath to support & defend the constitution. You can swear the same oath without regard to your status in or out of government. If you are called for jury duty, or if you have been instructed by any government agency to perform a function, you can swear an oath to support & defend the constitution before you respond. Every day our courts require people to swear an oath. They will put you into jail if you violate that oath. Can the judge order you to violate any oath? Tell the judge that you have sworn the same oath that he has sworn, and that you will honor your oath, even if he violates his.
A sheriff has more authority than the President, when he is in his jurisdiction.
States created the federal government and gave the federal government very specific and limited powers. If the federal government exceeds the limits that were placed on them, it is the duty of the juror, the sheriff, the legislator, or of any citizen, to resist that usurpation.
If the jury must rule according to the judge’s instructions, then why are they even there? Is the jury there to rubber stamp, and to dignify the ruling of the judge? If that is our system then there IS NO SUCH THING as a trial by jury. In a free country the power is in the people. The judge is a government employee. Oliver W. Holmes once said “This is a court of law, young man, not a court of justice”.  Are we no longer concerned about  justice? Jury Nullification is a way to allow the natural law to prevail over government legalization of tyranny. Legal means condoned by government. Illegal means not condoned by government.
The Boston Tea Party was illegal.
Everything that Hitler did was legal.
The Declaration of Independence was illegal.
In the final analysis no tyranny will ever condone the effective defense of freedom.
Our Bill of Rights is replete with phrases such as “Congress shall make no law” and “shall not be infringed”. Government does not give us our rights. Our rights are inalienable, and are endowed by our Creator. The assertion that rights are provided by law is saying that we have no rights except what the government grants to us.

 

 

The Supreme Court is a part of the federal government. To assume that The Supreme Court will protect you from usurpations of the federal government is to accept the fox as the guardian of the hen house.

The Patriot Act is constitutionally illegal, but was signed into law takes away your rights and turns them into privileges, which the government can grant or take away at will. If you remember we were told that this would just be temporary. Now it has been made permanent. But no one protested did they?
