IRS IS POISED TO ABOLISH FREEDOM OF SPEECH

 

Most of  us believe that the First Amendment could never be abolished by the usurpation of an agency of unelected bureaucrats. The IRS is now presenting itself as the regulator of speech.  Attempts to silence organizations that defend liberty are now well known. Through harassment, the FEDS have attempted to stifle TEA party groups, home schoolers, pro-lifers, defenders of the Second Amendment, Christians, libertarians, tax protesters, and a myriad of others.
The IRS has now issued a “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking” 
concerning
REG–134417–13
REG-134417-13 would restrict good citizens by defining all voter registration, non-partisan voter guides, legislative records, candidate debates or forums, get-out-the-vote reminders, and even the mention of any issue that has been raised by a candidate, as regulated political activity.
In addition, the proposed regulation will stifle the ability of non-profit groups to inform citizens about the Administration’s judicial and political appointment by defining those nominees as political candidates. This provision of the proposal has nothing to do with accountability for election spending. It will however reduce the Administration’s accountability to the public. Citizens have the right to hear more than the Administration’s line regarding what philosophies, policies, agendas political appointees represent.
 
In an attempt to create the appearance of legality the IRS now invites the public to “comment” on their “Proposed Rulemaking” AS IF they would care.

But begging the IRS with comments is not the most effective way of stopping this harassment effort.
The IRS operates at the pleasure of Congress. We don’t vote IRS officials into office.  Congress funds the IRS.  Congress is responsible for the actions of the IRS. 
HOLD CONGRESS ACCOUNTABLE.
Article. I. Section. 1. Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 of the Constitution for the United States of America:
“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Now let us go back and refresh our understanding of algebra.

Meet your ‘Cousin Beau!’
He is your cousin because he is the illegitimate son of your Uncle Sam.  He is the product of his seduction by the forces of totalitarianism.

If you wish to ‘appeal’ his ‘orders’ you must appeal to him.
He is your judge, jury and prosecutor. He wields legislative, executive and judicial branch authority. He uses methods, against honest citizens, which are forbidden even to legitimate policemen in their pursuit of dangerous criminals.
