It is significant that this oppression of free speech was done without any legal process being served. The NSA simply made an unsupported assertion, and used intimidation to cause a third party marketing agent to force them to serve as their flunkie.
Now the producer of the T-shirt in question could still find another third party to facilitate marketing.
