Raw Video of 2 Women Subjected to Roadside Body Cavity Search Using Same Gloves

Angel Dobbs, 38 and her niece Ashley Dobbs, 24 were stopped near Irving, Texas for allegedly throwing a cigarette butt out of the window. The Texas state trooper David Farrell claimed that he smelled marijuana, and he used that subjective assertion to order an invasive roadside body cavity search. This search was done by a Kelley Helleson, a female trooper. This was done in public, in front of the trooper’s dash camera, and while the male trooper watched. Both body cavities of both women were searched using the same gloves. There was no request for consent, and no warrant was obtained.  No marijuana was found.
These innocent women became victims of abuse, committed by those who are supposed to protect us from crime. The excuse for this invasion was a baseless suspicion of a crime, for which there is no victim. Who will protect us from our protectors? If a woman were to be sexually assaulted on the side of the road you would expect her to call the police. What does she do when it IS the police who assaulted her? We notice that trooper David Farrell called Kelley Helleson DIRECTLY rather than asking dispatch to select a female trooper. We have to wonder why.
The audacity of this outrage is an indication of the bigger problem. The fact that government even claims to have the power to violate the human dignity of any person with such ridulously flimsey justification demonstrates the fact that full blown tyranny has come America.
The two women are suing state troopers and the head of their department in federal court. Scott H. Palmer, an attorney representing the women, described the searches as basically “sexual assault” on the side of the road.

If you remember we were told that this would just be temporary. Now it has been made permanent. But no one protested did they?
