The Social Security Fraud and Ponzi Scheme

The Social Security check is now being called a *Federal Benefit Payment*. The Federal government contributes NOTHING to the Social Security fund, but only acts as an administrator of a trust.

Social Security was established in 1935.

It is broke.

There is nothing in the Social Security Trust Fund except IOUs from the government.

It was passed into law as a trust fund, but it is now a ponzi scheme, paying one person with another person’s contributions, having already squandered the money that was supposed to be held “in trust”.

The administrator of the trust converted the money to his own use and benefit. If a private lawyer, or a banker, did this they would go to jail.

As the administrator of the trust, the government produces the checks, but the money that is distributed does not belong to the government.

That money belongs to those who earned it, from whom it was taken by force of law.

This is not a benefit.

This is our money paid out of our earned income.

Many people worked as long as FIFTY YEARS to earn the money that the Federal government took from them.

These contributions totaled 12.4% of our income before taxes.

Part of that is portrayed as a contribution of the employer, but the employer pays this from the same funds that are budgeted for the cost of creating that job.

Basically the employee gets what is left from that budget after all other costs are paid.

Both the employee contribution and the employer contribution are derived from the employee’s work.

A person who averaged $30,000 per year, over a normal working life of 50 years,

will have contributed about $225,000 into the fund, that was supposedly going to be held in trust for his retirement. If that money had been invested in any privately operated trust, such as an IRA,

it would have paid interest. Look at your pay stub and see what is being contributed into that trust fund every month. Then ask your banker how much you would have if you had deposited that same amount into his bank every month for 50 years.

The quick answer is that, even at a meager 1% interest rate compounded monthly, you would be a millionaire. If you lived for 30 years after retirement and took money out at the same rate as income level that you had while you were working, you would never deplete the fund.

Here is ANOTHER important difference:

What is left in the fund when you die would go to your heirs.

Your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you’re 98 if you retire at age 65)! We can only imagine how much better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts.
Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger *Ponzi scheme* than Bernie Madoff ever did.

They took our money and used it elsewhere. They ignored the fact that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn’t have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them.

And they didn’t pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they have told us that the money won’t support us for very much longer.

We constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money.

We never hear about running out of money for welfare or food stamps.

Social Security recipients worked for, and earned, money that rightfully belongs to them.

Their money was taken by government, without their consent, and spent on other things.

Welfare or food stamps recipients are taking money that they did not earn, but was earned by others.

But is it our fault they misused our investments?

What would you think about a private insurance company that collected premiums on insurance for 80 years, and then cancelled all their policies, and refused to pay any claims?

They are not running out of money for paying welfare and foods stamps to people who did not earn what they receive.

They are not running out of money for paying “bail outs” to big banksters.

They are not running out of money for paying “foreign aid” to dictatorships all over the world.

They are paying farmers not to farm.

They pay other farmers to grow tobacco, while paying for ads telling us not to buy it.

They are paying workers not to work.

They are paying unwed mothers to have babies.

They are funding illegal aliens.

They are funding amnesty.

They are paying The United Nations.

They are funding Obamacare.

How are they only running out of money for paying back what they took, by force, from working people?

And now, to add insult to injury, they’re calling it a *benefit*, as if we never worked to earn every penny of it.

The government contributed NOTHING.

The government FORCED us to give them a loan with ZERO interest.
Just because they borrowed the money doesn’t mean that our investments were a charity!
Let’s take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare.

Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.
Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of that 92% of our population

who need it, and who EARNED IT.

Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income.

History Lesson on Social Security

Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated that the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number,

it became convenient to use it anyway and the message,

NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION,

was removed.

When Franklin Roosevelt, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. He promised:

1) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary.

It is no longer Voluntary

2.) Roosevelt promised that the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program.

It is now 12.4% on the first $90,000

3.) Roosevelt promised that the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year.

It is no longer tax deductible

4.) Roosevelt promised that the money that participants contributed, would go into an independent ‘Trust Fund’, rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program.

Under Johnson the money was moved to The General Fund and spent.

5.) Roosevelt promised that the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed.

Illegal aliens moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments even though they never paid a dime into it!

America is being conned by the biggest ponzi scheme in history.
