The REAL ID ACT is a building block for tyranny

We have seen things like this in movies for years.

We recall lines like this:

Achtung! Ve must see your papers! Are zey in order?

If the government wanted to protect our borders they could do so now.

Instead, they use the problem as an excuse to put totalitarian controls on the American people. While traitors in our government claim to need more power to oppose illegal immigration, they work to ABOLISH our borders with NAFTA, the NAU, the FTAA, CAFTA, and many other “open borders” usurpations.

The REAL ID ACT is a FRAUD.

If you have borders, and enforce the laws of the country, you don’t need The REAL ID or any other totalitarian dossiers on American citizens.

Soon you will have to show your papers to go to other states.

The hand writing is on the wall.

This country had better wake up now or soon the day will come when you will need a “passport” to leave you town.

Americans can ALREADY identify themselves with existing state ID’s.

The tactic is to force us to choose between two evils:

illegal aliens or a big brother NWO totalitarian government.

THE FACT IS THAT ONCE YOU GIVE THIS KIND OF POWER TO THE GOVERNMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY OTHER RULES FOR THEM TO FOLLOW ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH IT.

Do we have state legislatures,

who will to stand up against unconstitutional federal usurpation?

They call themselves “representatives”, but who do they represent?

In a free country the “representatives”, represent the people.

Dictatorships have “representatives” too.

In dictatorships the “representatives”, represent the dictators.

Which of these do we have now?

Does the will of the people still matter to your state “representative”?

Or does your state “representative” tell you that whatever the Federal government says goes?

It should not matter what the Federal government says about

The Real ID Act.

The sovereign States existed before the federal government existed. The sovereign States created the federal government as a servant, to whom these sovereign states voluntarily delegated 21 duties, which were defined as “enumerated powers”.

The “enumerated powers” are found in Article. I. Section. 8 of the Constitution.

The federal government was also told, quite clearly, that there were no powers GRANTED in any other areas, other than those 21 “enumerated powers”.

This clear reservation is found in the 10th amendment of The U.S. Constitution:

Amendment X – Powers of the States and People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Please remember that the first 10 amendments to the constitution are also known as the “Bill of Rights”. What you will find in the “Bill of Rights” is a list of PROHIBITIONS that were placed upon the servant federal government, by its creator, the states.

What the 10th amendment does is to basically patch up any possible leaks in the clearly limited powers which the sovereign States had authorized to their newly created servant. The 10th amendment basically says that the federal government IS NOT GRANTED any powers other than those that are enumerated in this constitution.

What part of the constitution gives the federal government the authority to order a state to implement The Real ID Act?

We should tell the Federal government that we are NOT giving them any “extension” on complying with the limitations that are imposed upon them in the “enumerated powers” that found in Article. I. Section. 8 of the Constitution, or in the Bill of Rights; most particularly in Amendment X – Powers of the States and People.

If people want to voluntarily apply for a Federal Real ID card, that should be a choice that they are allowed to make. Those who do not make that choice should not be deprived of ANYTHING WHATSOEVER unless it is COMPLETELY owned by the Federal government. Then we should make sure that the Federal government DOES NOT OWN anything that was not given to them in Article. I. Section. 8 of the Constitution, or in the Bill of Rights; most particularly in Amendment X – Powers of the States and People.

THE ISSUING OF DRIVERS LICENSES IS NOT A FUNCTION THAT IS GIVEN TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

The Real ID Act gives the States the following ultimatum:

1. To continue to be a sovereign state and secede from the Union

2. Give up being a sovereign state and become a subdivision of a centrally controlled tyranny.

It should be noted that these illegal totalitarian decrees were issued by a President who is no longer in office. The possibility that our nation might return to lawful adherence to our Constitution might now be a reasonable expectation.

We are being told that states cannot nullify unconstitutional federal usurpation, but it has been done over and over again.

There was a time when congress passed a law called The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850, which mandated that states to which escaped slaves fled, were obligated to return them to the slave masters upon their discovery. This law also subjected persons, who helped runaway slaves to criminal sanctions. In 1854, the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared the Fugitive Slave Act to be unconstitutional, without regard to the rulings of the federal government. The Vermont legislature approved the “Habeas Corpus Law,” requiring Vermont judicial and law enforcement officials to assist captured fugitive slaves. “Jury nullification” took effect as local juries acquitted people who were accused of violating the Fugitive Slave Act. Ultimately the Fugitive Slave Act was not enforced in any state where slavery was not condoned.

At one time there was the Alien and Sedition Act, which made it illegal to criticize the President. In 1798 Jefferson and Madison drafted The Kentucky Resolutions and the Virginia Resolutions, which declared the Alien and Sedition Act to be null and void.

Prohibition was repealed because it was unenforceable and widely ignored. Prohibition was CONSTITUTIONAL because it resulted from an amendment to the Constitution. Regardless of this, prohibition was nullified because it was not the will of the people.

The important and obvious reality is that the Alien and Sedition Act, the Fugitive Slave Act, and myriads of other outrageously unconstitutional usurpations were perfectly acceptable to the Supreme Court. The most outrageous unconstitutional usurpations of our own time are Obamacare, The Patriot Act and the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act). Any semi-literate, with an IQ above room temperature, could have quickly determined that none of the usurpations mentioned here are even close to being constitutional.

If our state legislators have the backbone to stand up to the federal government they could do it now and refuse The Real ID Act.

At one time America was the force for freedom, that punished people who obeyed immoral laws of tyrants. The NUREMBERG trials are just one example.

“We were just obeying orders” was the common excuse at Nuremberg. How did that work?

Boston Tea Party was illegal. Everything that Hitler did was legal.
Hitler’s words were the laws. The Declaration of Independence was illegal. In the final analysis no tyranny will ever condone the effective defense of freedom.

The Federal government now threatens us.

The Federal government says that if we do not submit to The Real ID Act we will not be allowed into Federal buildings.

So do we suppose that there will be no more IRS audits?

Or will the IRS be renting motel rooms to do audits?

Do we suppose that there will be no more jury trials, and no more lawyers or witnesses, in Federal courts?

Perhaps The Federal government will soon be be putting the Federal buildings up for sale.

Our state might bid on those buildings, but might not be able to out bid all of the new businesses that will move to our state, when we are the state that is still free of federal tyranny.

Boogey men adversaries provide the EXCUSE FOR TYRANNY.
In every call for more power for
government there should be a reminder that nothing in the
measure will abrogate the constitutional rights of American citizens.
We must not destroy freedom in the name of defending freedom.

Be careful about elimination of rights,

or the setting up of totalitarian instruments.

Creating terrorism provides the EXCUSE FOR TYRANNY.

Illegal aliens provide the EXCUSE FOR TYRANNY.

The sequence of steps that have been taken,

in this country,

is the most common pathway to dictatorship.

Government officials making searches without warrants, demanding identification without probable cause, to believe that a crime has been committed IS a terrorist attack on our own soil.

We have 9-11 and “HomeLand Security“. It even sounds like “Fatherland”

Totalitarians gain power through techniques that have been developed over the entire history of mankind. Most of these techniques have been written down in “training manuals” for would be dictators.

These techniques have also been revealed by “defectors” such as Eric Blair, who wrote “1984”, under the pen name of George Orwell.

How to become a dictator

The creation of “emergencies” is a part of the totalitarian agenda. The creation of “emergencies” gives the government an excuse to “crack down”. Then the creation of tyranny becomes justifiable and inevitable.

When “emergencies” erupt the population accepts totalitarian measures as “the

only alternative to the chaos”. The action is in the REACTION.

This tactic is called “pressure from above and pressure from below”.

The Communist book, called “And Not a Shot is Fired” by Jan Kozak , explains this entire strategy. Jan Kozak, who was then a member of the Czechoslovak Communist Party Central Committee, explains how a free government was actually transformed into a totalitarian dictatorship – legally. “And Not a Shot Is Fired” originated as an internal Czechoslovak Communist Party strategy paper.

“And Not a Shot is Fired” is a “‘how-to’ manual for takeover of a free and elected system of government, through legal means. Kozak’s discussion is not theory about what “might” be possible to accomplish the seizure of power. It is a history of a technique that was actually proven, by its implementation.

Pressure from above is what Jan Kozak called “revolutionary parliamentarianism” . “Revolutionary parliamentarianism” means working INSIDE of the system to change laws in such a way as to increase the power of government.
