Your tax dollars at work! How much of our money is going to pay the salary of this top level DHS employee, who cannot answer a single question about her field of “expertise”?

Where is the “due process” that is afforded to an American citizen before that American citizen is placed onto the “no fly” list? Being placed on the “no fly” list takes away the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Which of the other constitutional rights can be taken away without any “due process”, by simply being placed on a list? Do we have a list of people who no longer have freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or the right to an attorney? Do we have a list of people who can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishments?
It is ALREADY against the law for illegal aliens to buy or possess firearms. How many illegal aliens have been prosecuted for firearms violations? DHS does not know, but Rep. Gowdy tells her: It is less than 100. Is the “no fly” list just for taking away the rights of American citizens without due process?
