YOUTUBE has suspended my account for no reason.

My youtube URLs will no longer work.

 

Youtube suddenly terminated my channel for no reason. All that I have been told about Termination of Youtube channel johnperna2 is: “This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube’s policy against spam, gaming, misleading content, or other Terms of Service violations. I have made exhaustive investigations of everything mentioned above in the you tube standards. I found no reason why my account was terminated.
I was never told what video caused this or what remediation was required. I get no replies except auto responder form letters. I have learned that political adversaries can get accounts terminated by false flagging. The fact that my videos were reviewed and approved when they were uploaded should prevent these false flags.
On 11-8-13 I was asked if I wanted to link my videos to Google so that they would be promoted more widely. Thinking that this would be good, I allowed it. On 11-11-13 my account was suspended. After years of peaceful and productive partnership with youtube, it would be hard to believe that these two changes are not connected.
Youtube is now owned by Google. The CEO of Google is Salar Kamangar. Salar Kamangar is from Iran. I have not jumped to conclusions about the fact that Salar Kamangar is from the most anti-American country in the world, which is an oppressive Islamic tyrrany.
In the absense of any explanation from youtube, I can only guess at any reason for that suspension. I have done no spamming, gaming, or misleading content. I have meticulously obtained written permission from owners of material that I did not produce myself, if there was such an owner. I have no idea what is meant by the vague quip: “other Terms of Service violations.”
I have had very few notices from youtube. These notices ALWAYS stated “This claim is not penalizing your account status.” I have never had a video removed. Three days before my account was terminated, my profile said the my account was in “good standing”. I have never had a video removed. I was told that one video would be age restricted, but would still be available.

 

 

Youtube has not even told me, AFTER DOING THIS, what video caused it or what remediation is required. If one video is a problem, I would think that they would simply remove that video, and not suspend the entire channel.

I have learned that political adversaries can get accounts terminated by falsely flagging them. The fact that my videos were reviewed and approved when they were uploaded should prevent these false flags. On 11-8-13 I was asked if I wanted to link my videos to Google+. I agreed to it. On 11-11-13 my account was suspended. After years of peaceful and productive partnership with youtube, it would be hard to believe that these two changes are not connected. Google is now suspending all accounts which defend liberty.

When bad things are given publicity the wrong doers sometimes retaliate. Police brutality might be one of those situations. YouTube Community Guidelines include this:
“Graphic or GRATUITOUS violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don’t post it.”

Perhaps there is a lack of clarity concerning the meaning of GRATUITOUS violence. It would be my understanding that acting in OPPOSITION TO violence would not be GRATUITOUS.

It would be a gigantic stretch to conclude that they had applied the prohibition against showing people being hurt to my videos. This prohibition is quite obviously intended to prohibit a prurient PROMOTION of violence, and not to prohibit an exposure of outrageous conduct, which has the goal of PUTTING AN END to such violent behavior.
For many years the exposure of police state tactics has been ALL OVER youtube with no problems being raised.
If; in fact, youtube now means to stop the exposure of police state tactics, then they have made themselves into a tool of tyranny. If our police state has advanced to the point of successfully obtaining help from youtube, then things are far worse that any of us had imagined.

I worked 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for many years building a youtube channel. Then suddenly, and without any warning, discussion, or notice, my account was suspended without any reason being explained, even after the fact. I found that I had devoted a tremendous effort to building a house on sand.

Had over 3000 subscribers and millions of views. Growth was increasing continuously. Each day that passes increases the injury, and decreases the hope for recovery of what is being lost. Is Google destroying years of work done by others, to save a few man hours?

Apparently Google has tried to automate things that cannot be automated. Occasionally a human intellect is required to make decisions that cannot be reduced to a flow chart. If a channel if dedicated to opposing evil, then evil people will retaliate by falsely flagging that channel. The number of false flags that can be created is without limit. The number of false flags that a channel can endure without being suspended is a finite number defined in a program that does not think. Google saves a few man hours by destroying years of work that has been done by others.

I am in the process of investigating alternatives to Google owned youtube. I would appreciate any advice, and any reviews. For the time being, I am uploading my videos to my own web page at http://targetfreedom.com/videos/

Google is on top because of millions of little people who they now take for granted and abuse. They have now forced me to change from being a loyal customer and partner, into being a persevering competitor.

If youtube now blocks video which expose police state tactics then they have made themselves into a tool of tyranny. If our police state has advanced to the point of successfully obtaining help from youtube, then things are far worse that any of us had imagined.

 

 

 

 

 

I now understand that by building a youtube channel I had devoted a tremendous effort to building a house on sand. Had over 3000 subscribers and millions of views. Growth was increasing continuously. Now this is where I will start over.
