In fact, ALL of the plant matter on earth decomposes, and some of it becomes methane.
Yesterday’s plant matter is today’s “fossil fuel”.
So while the “warm mongers” attack the burning of “fossil fuels” they ignore the fact that nature also has a “carbon footprint”. Nature is continuously producing methane. Methane is being produced by whales, baby seals, spotted owls, elephants, rhinos, polar bears, sea turtles, and wolves. Methane is being produced by Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Alexandia Ocasio Cortez, and Al Gore.
Methane is being produced at Earth Summit conferences, and meetings of enviromentalist organizations.
The “greenies” say the we should all have a compost heap. Compost heaps produce methane.
It is going to be interesting to watch the “tree huggers” going to war with the “warm mongers”.
