The illegal search of one lady is followed immediately by oppression of free speech of another victim who dared to speak out against the first injustice.  The storm trooper give us a litany a threats of charges that can be trumped up: Disturbing the peace, Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction of Injustice, AND YES, EVEN “CODE ENFORCEMENT” TO CLAIM THAT THE GRASS WAS NOT CUT WELL ENOUGH. Apparently the Fourth Amendment is being ignored in Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Amendment IV – Search and seizure. 

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

“Probable cause” is the requirement that evidence of a crime be shown to a judge before a warrant will be issued BY THE JUDGE.

“Probable cause” is a requirement before police can even STOP a citizen. Adherence to the requirement for probable cause would prevent police from stopping attractive women just so that they could feel their bodies while hand cuffed.

First Amendment right to freedom of speech is also gone.
Speaking out against the violation of the Fourth Amendment will result in an arrest for the Obstruction of INJUSTICE.
The cameraman used the word Nazi, while standing on his own property, but with in ear shot of the storm troopers.
  
The victim struck a nerve with the word “Nazi”. Apparently the word “Nazi” did not create any confusion as to who it was that was being addressed. You know which dog’s tail got pinched, when you hear the one that yelps. Apparently this shoe fit too well to be left behind. Seig Heil. THE VICTIM WAS HELD FOR 24 HOURS, IN A FELONY AREA, AND THEN RELEASED WITH CHARGES DROPPED.

Are the people, who ought to be in prisons or mental institutions, now being given guns and badges?  Are the prisons or mental institutions now for religious, or freedom loving people? Sociopathic deviants are the first line of enforcement in every dictatorship.

The “straw grabbing” contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.
  
First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.
They claimed that a DOG gave them “probable cause”, and then they claimed that “probable cause” gave them the right to search. “Probable cause” is not the right to search. “Probable cause” is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrant:

How can law enforcement uphold the law if they violate the laws to govern law enforcement?
